Broadwater Accommodation

Windsurfer Resort offers a choice of one bedroom, two bedroom or family style fully self contained apartments. The two bedroom and family apartments are split level.

All the units are strata titled. This means that each apartment is owned by a different person. Apartment furniture packages are at the individual apartment owner’s discretion and vary from apartment to apartment. As a guide to the apartment types available we have displayed photos of a typical apartment.

These luxury 1 bedroom apartments have lovely Broadwater views taking in Wave Break Island and across to the Spit or to the north and South Stradbroke Island. All apartments have been tastefully decorated with modern furnishings and stylish appliances. A roll away bed can be added for a 3rd guest – an extra person rate will apply.

Two Bedroom Apartments

Light and airy these apartments are over two levels with a second small lounge area upstairs. There are balconies on both levels so that you can enjoy the sea breeze and either full or partial water views over the Broadwater. Apartments have modern kitchens and appliances for all your self-catering needs.

These are best sellers for families looking for accommodation close to all the theme parks that won’t break the budget. On two levels these apartments have 1 bedroom and an open area outside of the bedroom with twin beds. Both levels have balconies so that guests can sit back and relax. A roll away bed can be added for a 5th guest – extra person charge applies.
