Students will find our quiet, friendly complex, Windsurfer Apartments ideally situated on the Gold Coast Broadwater with easy access to Griffith University, shops, restaurants and cafes.  Bus stops are approximately 5 minute walk from Windsurfer Resort.

Ease the pressure of study by strolling along the beach which is located across the road.  Spend time enjoying the view from one of the park benches.  There is plenty of boating activity to keep you entertained.  Keep an eye out for a visit from a pod of dolphins that regularly visit the Broadwater.  They can often been seen at high tide early morning and late afternoon.

Gold Coast Accommodation Near Theme Parks

Are you planning on taking the kids to one of the fantastic theme parks on the Gold Coast and looking for Gold Coast Accommodation?  Then Windsurfer is a great accommodation choice.  Windsurfer Resort is located approximately 20 minutes from Movie World, Wet n Wild and Seaworld.  Dreamworld and White Water World are also a similar distance.  Ask about our Gold Coast Accommodation theme park packages.

If you are looking for clean, comfortable and affordable family Broadwater Accommodation then one of the Family Apartments could be just what you are looking for.  These apartments have not yet been renovated as part of our ongoing upgrades so we are able to discount the tariffs. 

The apartments are 2 story.  Downstairs you’ll find a comfortable living area, kitchen, laundry and toilet.  There is a balcony off the lounge.  Upstairs is a mezzanine area outside of the master bedroom.  The mezzanine area is open and has two single beds for the kids.  A roll away bed can easily be added in this area for a third person.  Mum and dad can enjoy the master bedroom  with balcony.  The bedroom can be closed off the from kids area.  There is also a bathroom and toilet upstairs.

If luxury is more your style then why not book one of the 2 bedroom apartments.  Most of these apartments have been renovated.  A number of the apartments have great views of the beautiful Broadwater.

You’ll find it an easy drive to Harbour Town from Windsurfer for your retail therapy.  Local buses are also an option from the end of Brisbane Road.  Bus routes 715 or 703 will drop you at the shopping precinct.  Some of our guests who enjoy walking have chosen to walk and have reported back that it was a 30 min, non strenuous walk, from door to door. 

Why not join the Harbour Town Tourism Club.  When you arrive to Harbour town, go to the visitor centre and ask for your free discount card which entiltles you to great discounts (typically 10%) at a lot of stores and cinema.

Enjoy a tea or coffee while you take time out from your shopping and relax in peace and quiet from all the hustle and bustle of the shopping centre.
